EBW 2026 brought together delegates from 51 countries across six continents. The audience sits at the core of the biobanking community: around 40% are biobank directors, managers or representatives, with a further quarter in quality, data, IT and technical roles, and close to one in five researchers or academics.
How it works
Sponsorship is à la carte: select the opportunities that match your objectives, and your total investment determines your level – Silver (from €7,500), Gold (from €10,500) or Platinum (from €12,500).

Start-up Village · NEW
The Start-up Village is a dedicated space at the heart of the exhibition, bringing together early-stage companies shaping the future of biobanking. It gives start-ups an affordable way to showcase their innovations, and gives delegates a single place to discover them.
For start-ups: exhibit in the Start-up Village for €1,000. This includes a furnished stand with electricity, two exhibitor passes and a pitch slot in the dedicated start-up session.
For sponsors: support the Start-up Village and associate your brand with innovation and the next generation of the biobanking community, for €2,500. Your name and logo will appear on the Village signage, with recognition during the start-up session. Several sponsors can take part.
