Informations for speakers and poster presenters
Speaker ready room
Located in the Okapi 1, the preview room, ground floor is open from 8:00 to 19:00.
Please bring your USB key to the preview room at least 2 hours before your presentation or the day before if you are scheduled in one of the opening morning sessions. The presentation has to
be made in 16.9
Poster session
Two posters sessions will take place in the Marble Hall:
• Poster session A
September 5, 2018 from 15:00 to 16:30
• Poster session B
September 6, 2018 from 14:30 to 16:00
Please make sure to stand by your poster during your assigned poster session and be prepared to present your poster within 1.5 min followed by 1.5 min discussion
The authors can print through Publipunt and the poster will be delivered directly at the congress center
Format of the posters : 120 cm length X 90 cm width
– poster paper, 20€/piece
– forex 3mm, 30€/piece
